We are flexible with financing options including debt, equity and/or earn out opportunities.

Distressed or turn-around situations will be considered on a case by case basis.

Geographic Criteria

The greater St. Louis City and County areas are of primary interest but the principals are receptive to other geographies if a particularly attractive opportunity presents itself.
